HTI Fellows From 1997 To Present
Since its inception, the program has given 326 awards to outstanding Latina/o students and junior professors. Receiving an HTI award is not an easy achievement. Before receiving an award, every recipient must undergo a rigorous screening process. First, their work, as well as the evidence of commitment to our Latino communities, is examined by a Selection Committee made up of four Latina/o scholars in the fields of theology and religion. Once they pass this hurdle, they are interviewed by this committee, and a final decision is made. In this section we proudly list the names of the talented HTI fellows since 1997 to present.
