Adult Track
Overview
Pathways seminars for adult youth leaders offer the Institute for Youth Ministry's quality training in a one-day format. These seminars are theologically grounded with plenty of practical applications. Designed with the youth ministry team in mind, Pathways seminars are perfect for everyone; volunteers, paid staff, pastors, parents, and others. Come on your own or with your full team.
Each Pathways event will feature a keynote speaker addressing topics such as relational youth ministry, sustaining a vital youth ministry, engaging youth in mission and service, or attending to your own spiritual and personal development. Break-out workshops led by experienced youth pastors will examine more specific topics. You will have time to discuss what you’re learning with the group from your congregation and opportunities to network and exchange ideas with others in your region.

Cost:
Standard rate—$80 per person
Early bird rate—$65 per person (pay in full 4 weeks prior to event)
Fee includes tuition, materials, coffee breaks, and lunch. A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person is required at registration. The remainder of the fee is refundable up to 10 days before the event. Register early to ensure availability.
